Justin was very professional and talked me through the process and checked out the pulling system of my dryer and brought a kit just in case I they needed replaced. Fast service and I would recommend the The Appliances Guy.

Today was just diagnosis of the problems for both appliances. He found the issues and will now order the needed repair parts. Justin, the owner, got here before appointment time, friendly, conscientious about his finding the issues and will order needed parts. Now we wait for parts to ship so he can fix freezer ice maker and washer. Very impressed.
